Delete your ToolVault account
You can do this yourself, at any time, without contacting us.
Deleting your account removes it and everything attached to it. There is no waiting period and no need to ask us first.
From the app
- Open ToolVault and go to Settings.
- Tap your account at the top of the screen.
- Scroll down and tap Delete account.
- We email a 6-digit code to your account address. Enter it to confirm.
The code exists so that someone holding your unlocked phone can’t delete your account without also having access to your email.
If you can’t get into the app
Email [email protected] from the address on the account and ask us to delete it. We’ll confirm by reply and delete it within 30 days, usually much sooner.
What gets deleted
Everything tied to your account goes immediately and permanently:
- your email address and username,
- every sign-in session and signed-in device,
- your Pro entitlement,
- any redemption codes you’ve used, and
- your linked Google sign-in, if you have one.
None of it is recoverable afterwards.
Anonymous adware reports you submitted are not deleted, because they were never linked to your account in the first place. They carry no name, no email and no device identifier that points back to you — only the package name of the app being reported.
Subscriptions
If you subscribed on unluckytech.com, deleting your account cancels that subscription automatically. You won’t be billed again.
If you subscribed through Google Play, you must cancel it in the Play Store yourself. We can’t cancel a Play subscription on your behalf, and deleting your ToolVault account does not stop Google billing you. Open the Play Store, go to Payments & subscriptions, and cancel ToolVault Pro.
Uninstalling the app on its own does not delete your account or cancel anything.
